Refund Policy

1. General Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Classroom Courses: No refunds are provided once the course has commenced. Cancellations prior to the start date may incur material deductions.
  • Online Courses: Refunds are non-applicable once access is granted.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from refunds.
  • Materials Already Issued: Any issued study materials are non-refundable. If canceled before the course, the value of these materials will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Non-WSET Courses

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the course start date:
    • Eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of any study materials provided.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date:
    • Refunds will be issued with a 20% cancellation fee deduction, plus the cost of materials already issued.
  • No refunds once the course begins or if the student does not attend.

3. WSET Courses – Refunds, Exam Policies, and Transfers

  • Course Registration and Payment:
    • Registration is only confirmed after full payment. Study materials are released only upon receipt of payment.
  • Exam Registration Deadlines:
    • Exams must be registered 21 business days prior to the scheduled exam date.
  • Forfeited Exam Fees:
    • Exam fees are forfeited if the student cannot attend a scheduled exam unless canceled more than 16 days in advance.
  • One-Year Exam Period:
    • Students must complete their exams within one year from the course enrollment date. After this period, the exam fee is forfeited.
  • Rescheduling Fees:
    • Exam reschedules within 16 days of the exam will incur a ₹3,000 + GST administrative fee, plus any additional registration costs.

4. Transfers, Rescheduling, and Remote Invigilation for WSET Exams

  • Course Transfers:
    • Students may transfer their course registration to a new session within 6 months, subject to availability and if exams have not been ordered.
  • Remote Invigilation Exams:
    • Students taking remote exams will receive instructions to conduct a system check.
    • Failure to complete system checks or meet technical requirements will result in the forfeiture of the exam fee.
    • Students must contact support at least 7 days before the exam if technical issues arise.

5. Missed Classes or Exams Policy

  • Missed Exams:
    • If a student misses an exam, the fee is forfeited, and the student must rebook the exam at an additional cost.
    • Rescheduled exams require at least 16 days' notice to avoid rebooking fees.
  • Missed Classes:
    • Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or make-up sessions. Students are encouraged to review course material on their own.

6. Corporate Workshops and Events

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Full refunds for corporate events will be provided if canceled 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
    • Corporate bookings may be transferred to new dates within 8 months, based on availability.

7. Affiliate Programs and Partner Courses

  • Affiliate Course Policies:

Failure to meet technical requirements or complete system checks may result in forfeiture of the exam fee, with no refunds or rescheduling options provided.
